At Rolls and Goals, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our kids' journal, our refund policy, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), outlines your rights and options.

When Am I Eligible for a Refund?

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the journal:

• Has a major fault or defect, such as missing pages, misprinted content, or poor-quality binding.

• Is not as described, for example, if the product you received differs significantly from its description or images.

Minor faults will generally be resolved through repair or replacement, at our discretion.

Change of Mind Policy

Under Australian law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases. However, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion, provided the journal:

• Is returned unused and in its original condition.

• Is returned within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a refund or exchange:

3. Return the journal to the provided return address. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the journal has a major fault as outlined above.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• For replacements or exchanges, we will arrange for your new product to be shipped as soon as the original item is received.
